Free shipping on all U.S. orders.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Estimated U.S. delivery: 5–8 business days after processing.
• Every order ships fully tracked — you’ll get a tracking number by email once it’s on the way.
• We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery times are estimates and may shift slightly during high-volume drops or holidays. Once your order is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands — but we’ll always help you track it down.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you confident in every piece. If something isn’t right, we offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• For jewelry: returned with the original certificate and packaging

Please note:

• For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
