We work to display our products, colors, materials, and details as accurately as possible. All moissanite jewelry is clearly described as moissanite and is a lab-created gemstone — never represented as a natural or mined diamond. Each certified piece includes its certificate. Slight variations in color, finish, or measurement may occur.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may correct pricing errors, update availability, and limit quantities, especially on limited drops. Items may sell out and are not guaranteed to restock.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limits. If we cancel after payment, you’ll receive a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — the SummerGalleria name, logo, graphics, designs, and original artwork — is our property and may not be copied or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

SummerGalleria is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
