The 2023 retro of the Playoff 13s is a near-perfect execution. The black quilted leather feels premium and the hologram on the heel is exactly how it should be. The white midsole pods give it that panther-inspired look MJ was known for. These fit TTS and are comfortable straight out the box. Way better than the 2011 version.
This colorway is iconic. Black leather upper with the True Red and white accents — it's clean, aggressive, and versatile. The suede panels give it a nice texture contrast and the hologram on the heel is a signature detail that never gets old. 2023 retro did right by the OG.
These are the most comfortable retro Jordans I own. The midsole pods provide solid cushioning and the leather upper breaks in nicely after a few wears. The 'Playoff' colorway is timeless — the black and red combo works for everything from casual wear to the court. Easily one of the best 13s ever made.
Solid retro overall. The quilted leather is premium and the hologram is a nice nostalgic touch. Only complaint is the outsole could've been slightly darker to match the OG — it's a little lighter than the 1998 pair. Still a must-have for any Jordan head though.
The Playoff 13s are a grail for me. The black leather and True Red accents are iconic — reminds me of MJ's 1998 All-Star Game performance. The panther-inspired design elements on the sole and heel tab make this one of the most unique silhouettes in the Jordan lineup. 2023 retro is faithful to the original.
These fit true to size and the quality is on point. The black quilted leather and suede upper gives it a premium feel that you don't always get with retros. The yellow Jumpman on the tongue is a small detail but it pops nicely against the black. These are going straight into the rotation.
The 2023 retro is a faithful recreation of the original. The leather is quality, the hologram is clean, and the panther-inspired outsole is exactly how it should be. These are versatile enough to wear on and off the court. Definitely grabbing another pair to stock.
The Playoff 13s are a classic. The black upper with True Red accents is clean and the hologram on the heel is a signature touch. Only issue is the white midsole can get dirty pretty quick — just gotta be careful with them. Still one of the best retros of 2023.
