PreviewClay-sculpted sole is where the collab earns the price. Every pair reads slightly different because of the hand-mold origin — that irregularity is the whole point. Nappa leather bones on canvas is a proper texture play. Size 10 fits true.
amiri skel top low crossed with the MMY peterson sole is a design language i didn't know i needed until i had them on foot. bones appliqué is stitched, not printed, so they'll hold up. easily one of the standout collabs of 2025.
Black canvas with alabaster contrast is a quieter color story than most amiri drops but that's why they work — the sculpted sole does the heavy lifting. Padded collar keeps them comfortable for all-day wear.
Solid pair. Only note is the sculpted sole makes them ride slightly differently than a flat-soled sneaker — takes a few wears to adjust. Once you're used to it the profile is unmatched. Size 9 fits standard EU sizing.
mihara yasuhiro's clay sole molding is the reason to cop. no two pairs are identical because the OG mold was hand-shaped, not CNC-cut. real avant-garde craft. tonal laces let the design breathe.
Grabbed the black colorway as the daily wearer of my amiri rotation. Bones appliqué has three-dimensional depth in person that the pics flatten out. Structured but not stiff — the canvas base breathes surprisingly well.
first amiri x MMY collab was worth the wait. LA meets Tokyo design DNA hits exactly like the hype suggested. Fardin's team pulled the skel top low blueprint through cleanly — recognizable if you know the amiri catalog.
Sized 11, fits exactly true to my EU 44. Sole irregularity is subtle enough to not read as a defect but distinct enough to feel special. Real collector piece — the debut drop of this collab will only get harder to find.
